Yobante Express est une entreprise sénégalaise de livraison de colis de petite taille, pesant moins de 25kg. Elle s’appuie sur un réseau de transporteurs et de points relais pour effectuer des livraisons au Sénégal, au Zimbabwe et au Botswana.
Yobante Express se démarque en proposant un service plus économique et plus rapide. Le colis passant par un circuit déjà fonctionnel, le tarif payé par l’expéditeur s’amoindrit considérablement par rapport à un envoi classique.
Pour utiliser le service, un client demande la livraison à l’aide de l’application ou directement au point relais le plus proche. Une fois sur place, l’agent emballe l’article et un conducteur le transporte ensuite au prochain point relais. Ce processus se répète jusqu’à la livraison finale.
